New homes win Tri-County Parade of Homes awards

Silver winner: Wilkes B by StyleCraft Homes

Oxford's new home community, Oxford Park, entered the Tri-County Parade of Homes for the first time and received two coveted Parade awards.

StyleCraft Homes' entry, the Wilkes B, was awarded the Silver award for a Craftsman style home with special features including a dual sided fireplace visible from both the living room and the formal dining room. The loft area is outfitted with a media and computer center. Visitors agreed with the Parade of Homes' judges by their favorable comments.

Bronze winner: Palmer by Robuck Homes

Robuck Homes entered their Palmer plan with its generous wrap porch and won the Bronze award in the category for homes from $220,000 - $281,000. This home serves as Robuck Homes' furnished model at Oxford Park.

Both StyleCraft and Robuck Homes have built award winning homes in the Triangle area, but considered the opportunity to enter their homes and win Parade of Homes' awards in Granville County a special privilege and achievement. Both builders are members of the Vance-Granville Home Builders Association.

Oxford Park Realty hosted several hundred visitors during the Parade of Homes over the past three weeks. The first weekend kicked off in conjunction with the Fall Family Festival and the Grand Opening of Oxford Park on September 18th.
